Return, Refund, Exchange, Order Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and to have you as a repeat customer so please read the full policy conditions below to be confident in your purchase.  If you have any questions please contact us at CustomerCare@GizmoGraphicWorks.com and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Please Inspect Your Items Upon Receipt
Please immediately inspect all items in the shipment to confirm they are in good condition, that there is no damage, and the print is intact.  The return eligibility period is 14 days from the date which the carrier has confirmed to us and you that the order has been delivered, so it is important to inspect the items right away.
We also want to resolve any issues for you quickly.

Please read the item information included in your shipment for additional information that explains the apparel printing process and what to expect.

Eligible Returns for Refund, Exhange, Store Credit

If you receive a defective product such as misprint, defective print such as part of the print is missing or disfigured, or item damaged in shipping, we will accept the return of the defective merchandise for refundexchange, or store credit under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it:
    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed with tags still attached.  Non-clothing items may not have tags, that is okay.

You need to provide proof of purchase by

  • Replying to the order confirmation email and describing the issue, please attach a photo of the issue item(s), and inform us whether you are seeking refund, exchange, or store credit for future purchases.

With the conditions met as described above, we will notify you of the return status once we have received and processed it. 

Eligible Return Period:

  • Request must be made by email to us within 14 days of the shipment delivered confirmation email or text message.
  • Item must be submitted to the shipping carrier as instructed in our response within 5 days of our approving the return.
    • Please be sure to keep your receipt from the carrier until we have received the item back from you.

Non-Eligible Return Reasons
If the item is in good condition, not damaged, print is correct, size or color ordered is not what you want, we are not able to accept retuns for those reasons.
This is because the method the products are created are personalized and produced on demand.
We do not hold stock of the items and are not able to resell them.
This is why it's important to be sure the sizes and colors you are selecting are what you want.

Order Cancellations
If after you placed your order you notice that you selected the wrong size, color, or quantity, please reply to the order confirmation email right away so that we can attempt to cancel the order.
We must receive your request within 12 hours of submitting your order.
It's safest to double check the selections you made so that the order process is smooth and that we can get your orders to you as quickly as possible, but we will help resolve an issue as soon as possible if you notify us as soon as you notice an issue.

Additional Retun Information:

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our supplier facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our supplier facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Orders returned due to customer not retrieving package such as at a place where you have your packages held for you, will be held in our supplier facility for 20 days.  If you have not contacted us about reshipment, the shipment will be donated to charity.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Gizmo Graphic Works reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
